Community
Konstantinos Lafkas is the Ambassador of ExO in Greece. He has been active for over 25 years in high-level managerial and C-level positions in Greek and multinational companies (Selonda, Sunlight, Alfa Laval, Maillis, Epa Attikis, Shell). He has led the global development and expansion of various Greek products, with a value exceeding 2 billion.
Over the past ten years, his main interests have included the development of an entrepreneurial mindset. He actively participates in training programs related to entrepreneurship and innovation, Corporate Effectuation, and NLP for business theory and application.
He has played a leadership role in technological start-up initiatives, particularly in digital twins, and pitching activities in Silicon Valley.
He has also been involved in establishing organizations to support the development of the Greek ecosystem, most recently through the creation of the first University VC in Greece with a size of 30 million euros. He founded the coaching company MicroGlobals and recently published the critically acclaimed book “Scaling Up – Dynamic Growth, Now!” in Greek.
