Returns – Information on the Right of Withdrawal

You have the possibility to return (applies only to consignments), books which you have received from our bookstore.

The Right of Withdrawal (for online and telephone orders, in general for distance orders) states that you have the right to withdraw from the contract you have entered into with your order within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products, without having to give any explanation .

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after your receipt.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post or email).

In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your statement of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract concluded with your order, we will refund you all the money we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of the decision you to withdraw from this contract. We will process the above refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event you will not be charged for such refund.

This possibility of course assumes that the books you return will reach us in the same good condition as you received them (in careful packaging that will ensure that there will be no damage during the return), that they will not bear any indication that they have been used or photocopied , and that the change will be made within 14 days of your receipt.

In order for the return to be accepted, it must be inspected and approved in accordance with the above.
If you have the possibility, the best way to avoid being charged with additional charges is to visit us at our store (46 Kefallinias, 2nd floor, Athens 11251) for the return, presenting the receipt that was in the package you received.

You can also send us (at your own expense) the books you wish to return and once we receive them and confirm they are in good condition, we will deposit their value into a bank account.

For sending your books, we recommend ELTA COURIER, with whom we cooperate.

For a refund, you must mention the Bank and the account number to which the refund will be made. We note that refunds are made to a bank account even if the refund is made in the store. The refund is only valid for purchases from the website and generally remotely. The refund appears in your account within four days of the order being changed or returned or cancelled, etc.

It is noted that systematic changes and returns, which constitute an unjustified and obvious abuse of the relevant right, constitute a basic reason for the inability to serve the customer in the future.
